CATTLE AUCTION:Tuesdays 11

Cattle Auction Details:

Drop Off

  • MONDAY 10 AM till 8 pm
  • TUESDAY 7:30 am till auction begins 

*If you would like cattle to be grouped or pregnancy checked for the sale, we ask they be received by 10:30 am Tuesday morning 

Pre-Conditioned Cattle

  • If you let us know that you will be bringing a personal herd that has been preconditioned with the required vaccines, dewormed, weaned and bunk feeding, we will sale them (grouped if possible) first before the individual feeder cattle.  We will advertise on FB if timing allows.  
  • We require that the owner signs off with the vaccine protocol they have used and we paint the back tag accordingly.

Pre-Conditioned Back Tag Colors

Yellow - One round of vaccines/and deworming.  Weaned 60 days and bulls castrated and healed, bunk feeding


Green - Two rounds of vaccines/and deworming.  Weaned 60 days, bulls castrated and healed, bunk feeding.

 

Producer is required to furnish dates and name of vaccines given and dates of weaning and castration.

CATTLE AUCTION: SALE ORDER

 Small bottle calves and butcher hogs begin the sale at 11:00am. Cow/calf pairs, and bred cattle are sold. Slaughter cows and bulls and market cows finish out the morning. There is a 10-minute break and then we sell herds of preconditioned cattle before individual feeder calves.
